About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever thought about building your career somewhere your drive and personality matter as much as your numbers? As a Sales Specialist at AL Riyadah Group in Sharjah, you’ll do more than close deals — you’ll become part of a fast-moving, ambitious team who knows that client relationships are as important as targets. Whether you live for winning over clients or thrive on the satisfaction of hitting your monthly goals, this is a place that rewards initiative and positive impact.
About the Company
AL Riyadah Group is more than a familiar name in Sharjah — we’re a hub for go-getters passionate about growth and genuine client service. Our team is a lively mix: some of us are seasoned sales veterans, others are early in their careers, but we all share something in common: a drive to help each other succeed. There’s a mutual respect for creative ideas (the best ones sometimes come up over post-work shawarma runs), and our leadership believes in listening, mentoring, and celebrating achievements — big or small.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships, reaching out proactively to nurture leads into lasting partnerships.
- Actively seeking new sales opportunities using networking, social media, and old-fashioned initiative.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets — your wins are shared and celebrated here.
- Understanding client needs and recommending the best products or solutions from our portfolio.
- Handling inquiries, feedback, and objections with instant professionalism (and a dose of real-world adaptability).
- Working closely with team members and sharing updates at regular sales huddles — transparency is key.
- Keeping customer records accurate and up-to-date (we love a well-organized CRM).
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Prior experience in sales or customer service — you know how to start a conversation (and keep it going).
- Strong written and spoken communication skills, in English and preferably Arabic.
- A self-motivated, results-driven attitude and willingness to learn new approaches.
- Comfortable using digital tools, CRMs, or even just tracking your work with care.
Nice-to-Haves
- Knowledge of Sharjah’s business landscape or UAE sales experience.
- Experience working as part of a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with our sector (don’t worry if you don’t tick this — training’s on us).
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive base salary plus commission — your success pays off, every month.
- Supportive, people-focused office culture (with plenty of banter and shared wins).
- Ongoing training, mentorship, and clear career pathways — we invest in your growth.
- Friendly, approachable leadership who actually listen (seriously — try us).
- Flexible work arrangements and the occasional surprise lunch or team outing.
- Modern, comfortable office in Sharjah close to transport and amenities.
We know you can choose where you grow your sales career — at AL Riyadah Group, you’ll find a team that cheers for your success, values your individuality, and never loses sight of the human side of doing great business.
