What You’ll Be Doing
- Connecting with prospective clients to understand their needs, offer guidance, and present suitable real estate investment options
- Conducting viewings and site visits throughout Ajman — you’ll be out and about more than you’ll be at your desk
- Networking within the community to generate leads and build your reputation as a trusted local expert
- Negotiating deals with clarity, patience, and a focus on win-win outcomes
- Following up politely and promptly, because we believe every inquiry deserves a professional response
- Maintaining detailed records of interactions, agreements, and feedback — organized work helps everyone succeed
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver seamless client experiences (sometimes over lunch, if that's your style)
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least one year of hands-on real estate experience specifically in Ajman
- Valid UAE residency
- A current driver’s license
- Keen sense of professional appearance and conduct — you’re comfortable presenting yourself and our company
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Arabic (and/or English), and a natural tact in conversation
- Commitment to punctuality — timeliness for meetings and appointments means a lot here
- A real knack for persuasion, without the pushiness
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with the Al Rawda area and wider Sheikh Ammar Street neighborhoods
- Additional language skills
