What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greet customers with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine enthusiasm for our collections
  • Guide clients through our latest arrivals, offering style advice and honest recommendations tailored to individual tastes
  • Achieve (and often surpass!) established sales goals by creating memorable shopping experiences
  • Handle transactions efficiently and with care, ensuring accuracy at the cash desk
  • Keep our displays and merchandise impeccably organized, fresh, and inviting
  • Work hand-in-hand with teammates to keep the store running smoothly – you’ll never be on your own here
  • Stay up-to-date with our products and promotions, so you can confidently answer any customer question
  • Engage in regular team meetings, sharing successes and ideas for improvement

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in women’s fashion sales
  • Age between 20 and 33 years
  • Fluent English communication (both spoken and written)
  • Impeccable grooming and a polished, presentable appearance
  • Strong interpersonal skills — easily builds rapport, listens actively, and communicates clearly
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and thrive in a team-oriented retail environment

Nice-to-Haves:

  • A personal passion for current fashion trends and a natural eye for style
  • Previous experience working in a premium or boutique retail setting
  • Additional language(s) spoken, especially Arabic
