What You’ll Be Doing
- Warmly welcome every client with a professional greeting and attentive service
- Coordinate and manage appointments — both walk-ins and pre-bookings, using our digital scheduling system
- Handle phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries with confidence and clarity, ensuring each question gets answered
- Process payments and daily sales reports accurately, and maintain the cash register with care
- Offer beverages and little comforts to clients while they wait or during their pampering sessions
- Coordinate with stylists and therapists to keep things running smoothly, even during the busiest shifts
- Keep the reception area tidy and inviting, and lend a hand to maintain overall cleanliness throughout the salon
- Help with opening and closing tasks to keep our days running seamlessly
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- A warm, approachable demeanor and polished appearance
- Exceptional organizational skills; you love a well-run schedule and tidy desk
- Previous customer service experience (bonus if it’s in a salon, spa, or hospitality)
- Confidence using phones, booking systems, and basic POS/cashier tools
- Clear communication in English; Arabic is a plus
- Professionalism and respect when working with a diverse clientele and team
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in retail, beauty, or wellness settings
