About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to be the go-to expert when it comes to keeping spaces secure and operational in one of the world’s most vibrant cities? As a CCTV & Security Systems Engineer/Technician with UAE experience (and SIRA approval!), you’ll play a pivotal role in helping us support businesses and residents right at the heart of Dubai. This opportunity is perfect for someone who's ready to hit the ground running—quite literally, as a valid UAE driving license is essential.
About the Company
We’re a tight-knit, practical team located in Bur Dubai—Khalid Bin Al Waleed area, to be precise. Our focus is simple: delivering reliable, modern security solutions to keep Dubai’s residents and businesses safe. The company values trust, efficiency, and clear communication (our morning project debriefs sometimes double as coffee runs). Whether you’re tacking a new installation or troubleshooting a pesky network issue, you’ll notice the support of colleagues who’ve truly got your back. We keep things real: no-nonsense, lots of hands-on learning, and a culture of respect for the work and each other.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Perform routine system maintenance and upgrades to keep installations humming along.
- Liaise directly with clients on-site, providing friendly explanations and tips (you know, the stuff people actually remember!).
- Document your work clearly for both internal teams and client records.
- Drive company vehicles between client sites, navigating Dubai with confidence and responsibility.
- Occasionally assist with live-in office duties, supporting the team and ensuring a flexible workflow.
