What You’ll Be Doing
- Support site supervision across a portfolio of high-end villa builds
- Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and site workers to solve real-time issues
- Review technical drawings and ensure their practical application on-site
- Monitor project progress, highlight snags, and suggest practical solutions
- Help track construction materials and inventory — we believe a tidy site is a safe site
- Champion safety protocols and assist with daily site briefings
- Foster a spirit of collaboration and keep the site buzzing with teamwork
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 1 to 5 years’ experience in site supervision or project engineering
- Solid grasp of civil drawings, technical specs, and what happens “on the ground”
- Clear communicator — whether it’s flagging an issue or collaborating with a busy crew
- Enthusiasm for learning, and a practical, can-do approach to challenges
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience on luxury or bespoke residential projects
- Working knowledge of construction management software
- Comfort with fast-paced, multicultural teams
