What You’ll Be Doing
- Interpreting technical drawings to guide and monitor daily site execution — you’ll be the go-to for turning plans into progress.
- Overseeing concrete pouring, structural works, and finishing stages with a sharp eye for both detail and big-picture quality.
- Coordinating closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and your own team to keep execution aligned and on schedule.
- Conducting routine quality checks and preparing clear QC reports as part of our commitment to top-notch workmanship.
- Applying QA/QC procedures to ensure compliance with both client requirements and UAE construction standards.
- Identifying site issues early (from snag lists to safety concerns), and collaborating on prompt, practical solutions.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Solid hands-on experience in construction site execution within the UAE.
- Proven ability to interpret civil/structural drawings and translate them into practical execution steps.
- Specific experience working with concrete and finishing tasks (think: you’ve handled more than just the basics).
- Familiarity with formal QA/QC procedures and construction reporting.
- A collaborative attitude — you know your way around a job site, and it shows.
Nice-to-Haves:
