What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day activities at various construction sites in Al Quoz
- Supervising on-site workers, assigning tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Monitoring daily progress, recording updates, and reporting to project managers
- Enforcing safety regulations and making sure every team member follows compliance standards
- Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and machinery operators to keep everything running smoothly
- Addressing any site issues quickly—be it a design query, urgent repair, or last-minute plan change
- Keeping an eye on material inventory, preventing shortages and minimizing delays
- Fostering a team spirit while motivating workers through sometimes long days or tough conditions
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in site supervision or construction site management (in the UAE preferred)
- Currently living inside the UAE
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and site compliance
- Ability to communicate in English (Hindi or Urdu a plus)
- Leadership qualities with a steady, approachable demeanor
- Problem-solving mindset — you keep your cool when things get busy
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with both commercial and residential projects
- Proficiency with basic site reporting (written or digital)
- Familiarity with local Dubai construction regulations
