What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising daily onsite activities — think of yourself as the go-to person making sure every detail is in order
- Checking in with team members and supporting their work (no management experience needed, just a willingness to be helpful and engaged)
- Making sure tasks are completed on schedule, and reporting any snags to your direct manager
- Overseeing site cleanliness, safety, and general tidiness — yes, you’ll notice what others miss
- Helping coordinate with deliveries, materials, and occasionally lending a hand where needed
- Following up on instructions from senior staff, learning the ropes, and showing initiative on the job
- Ensuring all safety rules are followed (and helping your teammates do the same)
