About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Looking to take the next big step in your construction career? As a Site Supervisor on our Dubai – Jumeira project, you’ll be at the heart of turning blueprints into real buildings, working hands-on to drive progress every single day. If you thrive when juggling tasks, leading a team, and making sure each day ends one step closer to completion, this could be the perfect fit. There’s a genuine sense of accomplishment here — every building you help complete will stand as a testament to your skills.

About the Company

We’re a people-first recruitment firm specializing in matching top construction talent with some of the UAE’s most high-profile projects. While our portfolio spans luxury developments and community spaces alike, what makes us stand out is our support for those we place: think of us as partners, not just headhunters. Our team doesn’t believe in faceless placements — whether it’s weekly site check-ins or celebrating team milestones, we make sure every worker is valued and equipped for success. And in case you’re curious, Fridays tend to bring out a competitive spirit at lunchtime — ping-pong tournaments can get pretty heated.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing daily site operations, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Managing and motivating labor teams to meet project milestones (sometimes under tight deadlines).
  • Monitoring safety protocols and conducting site inspections to uphold the highest standards.
  • Coordinating with suppliers and on-site deliveries to keep materials flowing (no one likes delays).
  • Communicating progress updates and site needs with project managers and stakeholders.
  • Troubleshooting obstacles as they arise—problem-solving is second nature here.
  • Documenting site activities and reporting on work completion and quality control.
  • Supporting a positive, cooperative site culture where teamwork and respect are the norm.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in site supervision or construction site management (UAE experience a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices.
  • Ability to direct, organize, and motivate labor teams effectively.
  • Good communication skills—both for your team on the ground and with the office upstairs.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities; resourcefulness is key!
  • Flexibility to adapt as site needs change.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Two years of residency sponsorship for job security and peace of mind.
  • Company-provided health insurance — your well-being matters.
  • Accommodation near the project site (say goodbye to long commutes).
  • Reliable company transportation — you won’t be scrambling to find a cab at daybreak.
  • Competitive salary, starting at a figure that recognizes your experience and dedication.
  • The chance to be part of showcase projects that shape Jumeira’s skyline.
  • Supportive team environment — whether you need a hand on-site or advice about settling in Dubai.

We know that working far from home can be challenging, but our team will do everything possible to make your transition smooth and your workdays rewarding. Ready to make your mark on Dubai? Let’s build something remarkable together.

  • Describe a complex obstacle or unexpected issue you encountered on-site. How did you troubleshoot and resolve it?
  • What systems or methods do you use to document site activities and report on work completion and quality assurance?
  • How do you ensure clear and effective communication between your site team and stakeholders, especially under pressure?

  • Tell us about a time when you had to quickly adapt to changing priorities or last-minute directives on a job site. What steps did you take?
  • In high-stress situations, what strategies do you use to keep your team motivated and focused on quality results?
  • How do you familiarize yourself with local construction standards and adapt your management style to a new environment, such as the UAE?
  • What motivates you to take on projects that can be both high-profile and high-pressure, and how do you maintain your enthusiasm during longer builds?
  • Our team values camaraderie and enjoys a bit of friendly competition—how do you build rapport with colleagues outside of work, and why do you think this is important?
  • Why are you interested in joining a company that emphasizes both career development and personal support for employees working far from home?
