About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever thought about what it takes to keep a construction site humming along smoothly, on time, and above all — safe? We’re on the lookout for a proactive Site Supervisor to join our dedicated team in Jebel Ali, Dubai. This isn’t just another desk job; you’ll be hands-on at the heart of our operations, making sure every day on site runs like (or close to!) clockwork. If you’re ready to take charge and grow your career in one of Dubai’s most dynamic industrial areas, you might just be the person we’re looking for.
About the Company
We’re a close-knit but ambitious construction group, known around Dubai for delivering high-quality projects and treating our team like family. Our management believes in being present — whether it’s rolling up sleeves during a tight deadline or celebrating small wins over karak tea in the break room. Here, safety isn’t just a checklist; it’s our culture, woven into everything we do. Growth, both personal and professional, is a top priority, and ideas from the field are just as valued as those from the boardroom.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations and making sure work progresses as per schedule (and with as few surprises as possible).
- Coordinating with site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep everyone moving in sync.
- Monitoring site activities to ensure that every task meets our safety standards — and stepping in when it doesn’t.
- Keeping accurate daily records of work completed, materials used, and on-site incidents for clear communication with the Project Manager.
- Inspecting work done, flagging issues early, and suggesting practical fixes — because you know a small hiccup today avoids a headache tomorrow.
- Facilitating toolbox talks and safety briefings so everyone’s on the same page, every morning.
- Addressing site challenges head-on and making decisions in real time, no endless committee meetings required.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous hands-on experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role in construction.
- Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
- The ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schedules (you don’t need to be an architect, but plans shouldn’t look like a foreign language).
- Strong communication and people-management skills — you know how to motivate a team and resolve on-site disagreements.
- Detail-oriented approach, with the ability to keep multiple tasks moving forward without missing a beat.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with the Dubai construction landscape or regulations.
- Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written); Hindi/Urdu is a plus for site communication.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary starting from AED 6000
- Two-year residency visa sponsorship (let your career take root)
- Health insurance for peace of mind
- Comfortable staff accommodation and company-arranged transportation to site
- Supportive environment where on-site safety and your work-life balance really matter
- Opportunity to advance — we’re growing, so your ambition is welcome here
You’ll be part of a team where your voice is heard, your efforts are noticed, and your contribution genuinely matters. If you’re ready for a site that feels like a second home and a crew that feels more like a tribe, we can’t wait to meet you.
