What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)
Day-to-day duties depend on your specialty, but here’s a look at what you might tackle:
- Cabinet Door Carpenter: Shape, install, and finish beautiful cabinetry that draws compliments every time someone walks in the room.
- Tile Mason: Lay tiles with precision in kitchens, bathrooms, and feature walls — transforming plain surfaces into statement pieces.
- Painter: Prep, prime, and paint walls, ceilings, or even decorative features; mixing colors and applying finishing touches for that signature “wow.”
- Electrician: Safely install wiring, lights, and control panels — making sure every project is both functional and beautiful.
- Plumber: Fit and fix all things water-related, from sleek bathroom fixtures to complex piping systems behind the scenes.
- Fiberglass Specialist: Fabricate, repair, and finish fibreglass elements, whether for custom panels or decorative installations.
- Helpers: Support skilled workers, learn the trade, and lend a hand wherever it’s needed (every crew needs its glue!).
Every role works as part of a close-knit crew, where problem-solving and teamwork take priority over hierarchy.
