What You’ll Be Doing
Open Positions:
Laborers:
- Support installation of solar panels and infrastructure on sites across the UAE.
- Load, unload, and organize materials—sometimes it’s heavy lifting, always a team effort.
- Assist skilled tradespeople and follow safety protocols closely.
- Keep workspaces tidy and equipment in good condition.
Electrical Engineers:
- Oversee electrical aspects of solar project installations from start to finish.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, ensuring all wiring and components meet standards.
- Troubleshoot onsite electrical issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth project flow.
- Mentor junior assistants and contribute to on-the-job training.
Electrical Assistants:
- Aid engineers with wiring, panel setup, and testing electrical connections.
- Perform routine inspections and document findings.
- Help maintain inventory of electrical components.
- Jump in wherever needed—your adaptability is key.
