About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever worked with steel and thought, “I could bring even more precision and pride to this job”? If you’ve got a knack for taking raw metal and turning it into reliable, working structures, this Steel Fabricator role in Sajja, Sharjah, could be your next great move. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just know the tools of the trade but brings true craftsmanship to every cut, weld, and assembly. With demand for skilled fabrication at an all-time high, there’s never been a better time to put your expertise to work.

About the Company

We’re a close-knit, hands-on fabrication team based right in the industrial heart of Sajja, Sharjah. Here, you won’t get lost in the crowd — every person makes a visible difference on the factory floor, and there’s genuine respect for well-done work. Our team takes pride in finishing projects that actually support local construction and infrastructure, and we believe in pitching in where it’s needed (yes, even the managers know how to weld in a pinch). Fridays often end with chai and a team debrief, celebrating big project milestones together.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Measuring, cutting, and shaping steel materials using a variety of tools and techniques.
  • Assembling, fitting, and welding steel components based on detailed design drawings or job specs.
  • Ensuring precision in all fabrication processes so finished products meet safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborating closely with your fellow fabricators — teamwork and communication are key in our busy factory.
  • Troubleshooting any issues that pop up during assembly, offering practical solutions on the spot.
  • Handling installation work at client sites when needed, maintaining professionalism and safety throughout.

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves:

    • Solid, hands-on experience in steel fabrication: cutting, assembling, fitting (no freshers, please).
    • Previous work experience in the UAE steel industry or fabrication sector.
    • Ability to interpret technical drawings and work with common fabrication tools and machinery.
    • Ready to join the team immediately (we’ve got projects waiting).
  • Nice-to-Haves:

    • Experience with on-site installation and working with diverse project teams.
    • Familiarity with a range of welding methods.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive industry salary (1800 – 2000 AED, depending on experience).
  • Earn recognition for your skills — your work is seen, valued, and celebrated.
  • Supportive team environment with hands-on training and approachable supervisors.
  • Access to modern fabrication tools and a safe, organized factory setup.
  • Occasional overtime opportunities and fair shift scheduling.
  • Culture of respect, camaraderie, and real accountability — no one’s just a number here.

There’s a real sense of pride among our crew, and we’re always looking for stand-out fabricators to join the fold. If you want to do honest, interesting work with a team that respects your craft, this could be your next home in Sharjah.
