What You’ll Be Doing
- Measuring, cutting, and shaping steel materials using a variety of tools and techniques.
- Assembling, fitting, and welding steel components based on detailed design drawings or job specs.
- Ensuring precision in all fabrication processes so finished products meet safety and quality standards.
- Collaborating closely with your fellow fabricators — teamwork and communication are key in our busy factory.
- Troubleshooting any issues that pop up during assembly, offering practical solutions on the spot.
- Handling installation work at client sites when needed, maintaining professionalism and safety throughout.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Solid, hands-on experience in steel fabrication: cutting, assembling, fitting (no freshers, please).
- Previous work experience in the UAE steel industry or fabrication sector.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and work with common fabrication tools and machinery.
