What You’ll Be Doing
- Electricians: Install, repair, and maintain wiring, lighting systems, and control systems in a variety of residential and commercial spaces
- Carpenters: Handle carpentry works such as framing, doors, partitions, and furniture install; comfortable with hand and power tools
- Plumbers: Carry out installation and troubleshooting of piping, water supply, and drainage systems
- Welders/Fabricators: Fabricate and assemble metal structures, gates, and frames to spec; perform safe, high-quality welding
- Masons: Execute blockwork, plastering, tiling, and other masonry finishes for interior and exterior areas
- Diagnose on-site issues and suggest practical, efficient solutions
- Work collaboratively with a team of other skilled tradespeople
- Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards on every job
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven work experience in the specific trade you’re applying for (Electrician, Carpenter, Plumber, Welder/Fabricator, or Mason)
- Currently residing inside the UAE and ready to join immediately
- Ability to read simple plans or diagrams (as relevant to your role) and follow instructions
- Good communication skills with teammates from various backgrounds
- Willingness to do overtime when required
Nice-to-Haves:
- Basic English or Hindi communication for site coordination
- Familiarity with Dubai project sites or regional construction standards
- Previous experience in maintenance or fit-out companies
