Ready to Level Up Your Trade Skills? Join Us as a Technician or Worker!

Picture this: you’re part of a hands-on team that gets real things built, fixed, and running—every day brings you a new project, a fresh challenge, and the satisfaction of true, tangible work. We’re urgently looking for skilled technicians and dedicated workers to join our crew in roles that matter: Gypsum Board Technician, Painter, AC & Refrigeration Technician, Plumber, Ceramic Installer, General Electrician, and Helpers/Laborers. Whether you’ve spent years perfecting your craft or you’re eager to roll up your sleeves and get going, here’s your chance to take the next step with a company that values real skills and hard work.

Who We Are

At our core, we’re builders—of spaces, teams, and careers. Our company thrives because our people take pride in what they do, from the first nail hammered to the last wire connected. You’ll find a workplace rooted in integrity, support, and mutual respect (and yes, we appreciate solid teamwork and a good laugh after a busy day). Many of us started here as apprentices or helpers and grew into leads and supervisors—growth isn’t just possible, it’s normal. If you like a work culture that feels more like a team than a hierarchy, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Installing and repairing gypsum board in both commercial and residential settings with an eye for clean lines and sturdy finish.
  • Applying paint, coatings, and finishes—sometimes it’s about transforming a wall, sometimes about hiding yesterday’s mistakes with today’s skill.
  • Servicing AC and refrigeration units, troubleshooting common faults, and keeping cool air flowing exactly where it’s needed.
  • Laying pipes, fixing leaks, and handling plumbing installations from bathrooms to kitchens, with tools in hand and problem-solving on your mind.
  • Installing and finishing ceramic tiles—precision, pattern-matching, and all the satisfying details that make a space look complete.
  • Managing general electrical work, handling wiring, sockets, and lighting installations, always with a focus on safety and reliability.
  • Assisting skilled tradespeople as a helper or laborer, learning new skills every day and pitching in wherever the team needs an extra set of hands.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Prior experience in your chosen trade (e.g. painting, electrical, plumbing, AC, gypsum, tiling, etc.)
  • Willingness to work fixed hours and contribute to a tight-knit team.
  • Reliability, a positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
  • Basic understanding of relevant safety protocols.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Certifications or technical training in your field.
  • Past experience working on large-scale projects or with diverse teams.
  • Flexibility to learn new skills or help out in different areas when needed.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Stable, fixed working hours—no guesswork about your schedule.
  • Accommodation provided, so you can focus on your job and rest easy at night.
  • Company-arranged transportation to and from worksites.
  • Two-year residence visa for stability and peace of mind.
  • Competitive salary (determined fairly based on your experience).
  • Opportunity to grow your skills, earn more responsibility, and take pride in building something each day.

We’re building more than just spaces—we’re building careers and a supportive community of talented tradespeople. If you’re ready for honest work, steady pay, and a team that welcomes you as you are, let’s connect.

Common Interview Questions and Tips

  • What methods do you use to achieve precision and consistent pattern-matching when installing ceramic tiles?
  • Safety is crucial for us. How do you incorporate relevant safety protocols during electrical work or other potentially hazardous tasks?
  • Imagine you’re assigned to assist a different trade, like helping an electrician one day and a plumber the next. How do you adapt and contribute effectively in unfamiliar areas?
  • Can you share a time when you had to quickly learn a new skill or task on the job? What was your approach, and what did you learn from it?
  • Teamwork is a big part of our culture. Can you give an example of how you’ve supported your coworkers or helped create a positive team environment?
  • How do you stay organized when managing multiple repair or installation requests during a busy workday?
  • Describe a situation where a client or supervisor was dissatisfied with your work. How did you handle it, and what was the outcome?
  • Why do you think you’ll thrive in an environment where growth from within is encouraged and everyone’s expected to lend a hand when needed?
  • What attracts you to a company that prioritizes integrity, team spirit, and fair opportunities for all employees?
  • How do you maintain motivation and a positive attitude during repetitive or physically demanding tasks?
