What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting daily construction activities that keep the project moving forward, whether you’re a general laborer or a skilled tradesperson.
- For plumbers and electricians: installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting essential systems — your expertise keeps everything running safely.
- As a mason, carpenter, steel fixer, welder, or fabricator: bringing plans to life with your hands, tools, and precision.
- Assisting skilled workers as a helper — learning on the job and pitching in wherever you’re needed most.
- Following all site safety protocols and contributing to a positive, respectful team environment.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues from different backgrounds, making every day a chance to learn something new.
- Taking on overtime when the project calls for it (and earning extra for your effort).
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently residing in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
- Experience in your chosen trade (for skilled roles) or a strong work ethic and willingness to learn (for helpers/general laborers).
- Ability to work well as part of a team, follow instructions, and adapt to changing site needs.
