What You’ll Be Doing

Your exact responsibilities will depend on your trade, but here’s a taste of what your days might look like:

  • Assisting with daily onsite tasks, from material handling to setting up work areas and ensuring safety procedures are followed.
  • Carrying out skilled trade work such as plumbing, masonry, carpentry, steel fixing, electrical installation, welding, or fabrication—using your expertise to deliver high-quality results.
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings or instructions as needed for your role.
  • Working closely with foremen and team leads to keep the project running smoothly and on schedule.
  • Supporting your teammates—lending a hand where needed, whether it’s lifting heavy materials or troubleshooting a tricky installation.
  • Maintaining tools and equipment, reporting any issues to supervisors for quick resolution.

What You’ll Bring
