What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering skilled work in your specialty—whether that’s plumbing, masonry, carpentry, electrical, welding, steel fixing, or fabrication
- Supporting daily site operations with manual labor and a can-do attitude
- Assisting senior technicians as needed and learning new techniques along the way
- Helping to maintain safety, order, and cleanliness on the job site
- Taking part in ongoing tasks—carrying materials, setting up equipment, or pitching in wherever your skills are needed most
- Completing overtime shifts as project goals require (and getting paid for it!)
What You’ll Bring
- Previous on-site experience in your chosen field (laborer, plumber, mason, carpenter, steel fixer, electrician, welder, fabricator, or general helper)
- Currently residing in the UAE
- Physically fit and prepared to handle manual work, sometimes in hot or busy conditions
- Team player attitude—you know work goes faster and safer when everyone pulls together
- Reliable and punctual, with a willingness to work overtime when it counts
