What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet guests with a genuine smile and guide them comfortably to their tables.
- Present menus, share daily specials, and answer questions like you really know your stuff (because you will).
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, making helpful recommendations when asked.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, always checking in to see how guests are enjoying their experience.
- Handle guest requests or concerns with patience, care, and professionalism—no detail is too small.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to make sure every order arrives just right.
- Keep your section spotless—tidying tables, resetting for the next guests, and staying on top of hygiene.
- Process bills and payments efficiently; handle cash or POS transactions with care.
- Stay upbeat and adaptable—even during the dinner rush or when a last-minute party walks in.
