What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting and engaging guests with a friendly, attentive attitude—whether at the bar, the coffee counter, or the dining room.
- Preparing and serving beverages or dishes according to hotel standards (and maybe even sharing a few signature tricks you’ve picked up along the way).
- Coordinating with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth, timely delivery of orders.
- Keeping your workspace spotless—because we know presentation matters as much as taste.
- Handling guest requests or feedback with professionalism and a genuine desire to help.
- Taking pride in upholding health, safety, and quality standards at all times.
- Supporting your teammates—sometimes jumping in where you’re needed most.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Previous experience in hospitality (waiter, hostess, barman, or barista roles) within a hotel or similar high-standard environment.
- Certificates or documented proof of your experience and relevant training.
- Strong communication skills and a calm, courteous manner—especially when it’s busy.
- Full knowledge of hospitality protocols, from service etiquette to hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player attitude with a willingness to help out wherever needed.
Nice-to-Haves
