  • Preparing and serving beverages or dishes according to hotel standards (and maybe even sharing a few signature tricks you’ve picked up along the way).
  • Coordinating with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth, timely delivery of orders.
  • Keeping your workspace spotless—because we know presentation matters as much as taste.
  • Handling guest requests or feedback with professionalism and a genuine desire to help.
  • Taking pride in upholding health, safety, and quality standards at all times.
  • Supporting your teammates—sometimes jumping in where you’re needed most.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in hospitality (waiter, hostess, barman, or barista roles) within a hotel or similar high-standard environment.
  • Certificates or documented proof of your experience and relevant training.
  • Strong communication skills and a calm, courteous manner—especially when it’s busy.
  • Full knowledge of hospitality protocols, from service etiquette to hygiene standards.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Team player attitude with a willingness to help out wherever needed.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Multilingual abilities (especially English, Arabic, or other languages common in Dubai).
  • Previous experience working in Dubai or the GCC region.
  • Passion for hospitality trends and genuine curiosity about new service techniques.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • On-site housing provided—no commute headaches, just a short walk to work.
  • Daily meals included so you’re fueled for every shift.
  • Competitive salary based on your experience—we value what you bring to the team.
  • Supportive, multicultural environment where colleagues become friends.
  • Opportunities to learn and grow—from mastering latte art to stepping up as a team lead.
  • Prime Dubai location in Jaddaf—close to city highlights and convenient transport.

We know hospitality is all about people, and that starts with our team. If you’re ready to bring your passion for service to a place that truly values it, we can’t wait to meet you.

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

For experienced waiters, hostesses, barmen, and baristas in Dubai’s luxury hotel sector, you should expect a salary of at least 2,500–4,000 AED per month, with the potential for higher pay if you bring strong experience or multilingual abilities. Many similar roles in reputable hotels also include benefits like accommodation and meals, which can add significant value to your overall compensation package. Negotiating within this range is fair, especially when factoring in the prestige and expectations of working in a luxury hospitality environment.
