Whether you’re looking to step into a promising new field or simply eager for a stable opportunity with a supportive team, this role offers a unique entry point — and you don’t even need prior experience. If you’re already in the UAE and ready to start something new, keep reading.

About the Company

We’re not your average construction company. Nestled among the towering glass and bustle of Business Bay, our team combines classic craftsmanship with a passion for shaping Dubai’s future. We believe in keeping things efficient without losing the personal touch — you’ll find our weekly site breakfasts as lively as our progress updates. Here, everyone pitches in, and we take pride in supporting each other’s growth, no matter your background. Our team is a diverse blend of experience and fresh perspectives, and yours could be the next voice that matters.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supervising and guiding labor teams on-site to ensure smooth and safe daily operations
  • Checking materials and equipment deliveries, making sure everything’s where it should be
  • Coordinating with site engineers and other supervisors for timelines, instructions, and problem-solving
  • Helping to implement health and safety procedures — your eyes and feedback truly count here
  • Keeping basic records — from labor attendance to site observations
  • Pitching in wherever needed; teamwork and flexibility are at the core of how we operate
  • Being a helpful point of contact for workers and site visitors alike

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves

    • Currently residing anywhere in the UAE
    • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges — no previous site experience required
    • Good communication skills in English or Hindi/Urdu
    • Reliability and commitment to a 6-day work week, 8 hours per day
    • Legal readiness to join on a two-year contract and residency (we handle the paperwork)
  • Nice-to-Haves

    • Any past experience in construction, facility services, or team leadership
    • A positive attitude and knack for rallying a crew (it’s not all hard hats and orders)

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Monthly salary of AED 4,000–4,500 (based on experience and interview)
  • Two-year residency permit and full employment contract
  • Friendly, collaborative team culture where no one’s just a number
  • Regular team meals, celebrations, and hands-on mentorship — because hard work deserves some fun
  • Opportunities for skill-building and internal growth as your confidence grows
  • Central work location in vibrant Business Bay, with easy access to metro and amenities

We value reliability, mutual respect, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves. Here, you’ll find both stability and the camaraderie of a growing team. If you’re ready to be part of something big — maybe even iconic — let’s start the conversation.
