What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising and guiding labor teams on-site to ensure smooth and safe daily operations
- Checking materials and equipment deliveries, making sure everything’s where it should be
- Coordinating with site engineers and other supervisors for timelines, instructions, and problem-solving
- Helping to implement health and safety procedures — your eyes and feedback truly count here
- Keeping basic records — from labor attendance to site observations
- Pitching in wherever needed; teamwork and flexibility are at the core of how we operate
- Being a helpful point of contact for workers and site visitors alike
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Currently residing anywhere in the UAE
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges — no previous site experience required
- Good communication skills in English or Hindi/Urdu
- Reliability and commitment to a 6-day work week, 8 hours per day
- Legal readiness to join on a two-year contract and residency (we handle the paperwork)
Nice-to-Haves
- Any past experience in construction, facility services, or team leadership
- A positive attitude and knack for rallying a crew (it’s not all hard hats and orders)
